You pay only for the implementation of the application, with no licensing costs for the digital solution.

To carry out the Hackathon, we use a proprietary VIGGO method: HyperAgility. After a week’s scoping, we define a list of business capabilities* that will make up your MVP or PoC. The business capabilities are then prioritized and implemented one after the other in iterations lasting 5 to 10 days. From the very first iteration, you have a solution that can be used and deployed by your users.

What is a business capability?

A business capability is an organization’s particular ability to achieve a specific goal or result.

It enables the creation of links between business intentions and the various resources used to achieve the objectives (human resources, processes, physical infrastructure, IT, etc.). More specifically, in cases where many resources are digital-based, the notion of capability brings an operational focus that is likely to involve non-IT stakeholders.

In essence, operational capability “takes it up a notch”, moving from the traditional viewpoint of maximizing value through efficient resource management to that of maintaining a strategic portfolio of capabilities.
