Transformation project framing
Once the digital strategy has been defined and the transformation projects have been prioritized, the first step for each is to carry out an effective scoping exercise. The difficulties encountered in the implementation of transformation projects often stem from a lack of scoping: an ill-defined initial scope or one that does not meet the real challenges of the project, unidentified risks, poor human or budgetary sizing, or a project methodology that is ill-suited to the constraints or technologies used.
Our added value in scoping is to bring our methodological elements and our business knowledge to bear in order to re-examine the reasons for the project, to align the stakeholders with the targeted objectives, to frame the pace of the transformation in the best possible way, and to devise the steering bodies and associated KPIs that will successfully drive the transformation.
What’s more, our methodologies and responses evolve in line with our customers’ technological and organizational contexts. While we have expertise in the most widely used project methodologies and best practices, we don’t hesitate to innovate and transform these methods to ensure they are properly applied by the teams we work with.
