However, the ultimate aim is to develop a range of services to help our customers solve their problems in a variety of ways.
Non-consulting activities therefore have their rightful place in the corporate project.
The company’s project is based on a shared realization among the founding members of the team that the “classic” value proposition of consulting needs to evolve. We propose an alternative vision of consulting that combines expertise and innovation/entrepreneurship.
At a time when the added value provided by consultants is increasingly being questioned, we offer our customers the opportunity to share an objective measure of the value provided by the VIGGO teams.
Consulting is a profession of questioning and curiosity… based on 4 fundamental cumulative criteria:
- limited duration (weeks/months, not years),
- precise objectives,
- support for decision-making (not delegation of decision-making),
- a contribution of skills/expertise/methods that the client is unable to mobilize (due to their non-existence or unavailability).
Our customers’ needs are changing, and so is the consulting business.
